By placing an order, you agree to the payment terms described below.

2. Online Payments

Aksharban Prakashan does not normally store complete card details such as card number, CVV, or banking passwords on its own servers.
3. Payment Confirmation
An order will normally be processed after successful payment confirmation.
Customers may receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.
If the payment has been deducted but the order confirmation has not been received, please contact our customer support team with the transaction details.
4. Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is unsuccessful, the order may not be confirmed.
Customers may try the payment again using an available payment method.
If money has been deducted from your account but the order was not successfully created, the amount will generally be handled according to the payment gateway or bank’s settlement and reversal process.
Please contact us if the amount is not reversed within the applicable banking/payment-provider timeframe.
5. Duplicate Payments
If you believe that you have accidentally made multiple payments for the same order, please contact us with:
- Order number
- Transaction ID
- Payment date
- Amount paid
- Registered mobile number or email address
After verification, any eligible duplicate payment will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.
6. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected products, locations, and order values.
COD availability may depend on courier serviceability and other operational conditions.
The applicable COD option and charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.
Customers are expected to accept and pay for COD orders when delivered.
7. Payment Security
Customers should never share confidential payment information such as:
- OTP
- UPI PIN
- ATM PIN
- Card CVV
- Internet banking password
- Payment passwords
with Aksharban Prakashan representatives or anyone claiming to represent the company.
Aksharban Prakashan will not ask customers to disclose their confidential payment credentials.

Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment gateway providers.
Such providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, security procedures, and transaction rules.
Customers should review the applicable payment provider’s terms where required.
9. Pricing & Taxes
Product prices displayed on the website are subject to applicable taxes and charges.
Where applicable, GST and other statutory charges will be reflected during checkout or included in the displayed price as required.
Shipping, COD, customization, or other applicable charges may be added separately and will be displayed before order confirmation.

Aksharban Prakashan may review or hold transactions that appear suspicious, fraudulent, unauthorized, or inconsistent with normal purchasing activity.

An order may be cancelled where fraud or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected, subject to applicable law.

If an order is cancelled after payment because of a verified pricing or system error, an eligible refund will be processed.
